- Prices for our products and repair services are subject to change without notice based on market availability.
3. Warranty Policy
- Brand New Products: All new devices and accessories come with standard manufacturer warranties. The terms of these warranties are dictated by the respective brands.
- Pre-Owned (Second-Hand) Products: Our used laptops come with a specific replacement or service warranty provided directly by Didar iT.
- Warranty Void: Any physical damage, liquid damage, burn issues, or unauthorized opening/repair of the device by a third party will immediately void the warranty.
4. Servicing and Repairs
- Our expert technicians take the utmost care when handling your devices. However, “Didar iT” is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during hardware repairs, parts replacement, or operating system installations.
- Customers are highly advised to back up their personal data before submitting any device for servicing.
- An estimated time and cost will be provided before starting any repair work. If additional issues are found during the repair, we will consult you before proceeding.
5. Laptop Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange facility where you can trade in your old laptop for a new or upgraded pre-owned one. The exchange value of your old device will be determined solely by our technicians after a thorough physical and technical inspection.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns or replacements are only accepted if a product is found defective within the agreed replacement warranty period. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. If a replacement is necessary, it will be provided as per stock availability.
